Unified Basketball: Capstone Project

Unified Basketball, a six-week program for 3rd-5th graders, was a great success. Students with and without disabilities came together to learn and practice their basketball skills. All who participated got something out of the program. Some of the more advanced players became friends with kids that were different and helped teach their skills to others, the new players developed the knowledge of the game and new skills.
